We are a Dutch couple realizing our dreams by living the life that makes us most happy. We immediately fell in love with a beautiful piece of land on an island in the middle of a flood plain with different vegetation like ancient forests, sage fields, scrubs and water pans.
As a part of our dream we bought this piece of farmland on the edge of the Okavango delta in a place called Tsutsubega. Step by step we are further realizing our dreams by building our house, more guesthouses and a training centre to inspire our guests and trainees also to live their dreams with the help of the beautiful nature surrounding us.

Welcome at our beautiful place at the border of the Okavango Delta!
Are you looking for a quiet and remote place to stay in the Delta, surrounded by pristine nature? Come and chill in one of our self-catering chalets. All our chalets have an ensuite kitchen and bathroom. If you wish to enjoy the sun and our wunderful sunsets you can relax on our deck overlooking the floodplain.
Enjoy the Okavango Delta in a different way…quiet and of the beaten track only on a 35 minute drive from Maun.
Our Farm is home to genets, duiker, bush-babies, aardvark and vervet monkeys. Hippos and elephants regularly pass by. At night hyenas, lions and sometimes leopards can be heard. Not only the flora and fauna is diverse in our area, also birdlife is abundant.
Don’t forget your binoculars!
We have the right place for you if you wish to relax or if you want to prepare yourself for a trip into the delta or going back home. Have a look at our website to learn more about the activities we offer (mokoro/game drive tour, Xhoo community visit, helicopter flight, etc.).

Fanning out like fingers on an outstretched hand, the Okavango Delta is a lush maze of shallow channels and low-lying islands. Covering over 4 000 square miles, it is one of the world’s largest inland deltas and is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries and of Phazama Farm in the Tsutsubega Community.
How to reach Phazama Farm?
By road in your own vehicle:
From Maun to get into the Delta to our place, a 4×4 vehicle is necessary. From Maun, it takes approximately 35 mins along sand tracks. We will send you a route description to our farm!
Tsutsubega is the original Eden in the Okavango Delta:
unspoilt by unregulated development or overbearing tourism
this is the perfect place for a genuine back-to-nature experience
Please note that we have no telephone signal at our farm!
