Talk about a one-of-a-kind experience! This spacious walk-out basement suite, with a separate entrance to the main log house, is one of the most unique places to stay in the resort of Rossland BC. The suite is located in the centre of a 29 acre working goat farm, complete with 360o mountain views and all the peace and quiet that you could ask for on a farm. Hiking, biking, snow shoeing & slack country skiing trails from your front door! Red Mountain is a 12 minute drive from the farm. The suite is bright and roomy with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and large open plan living room with 2 comfy sofas. The bedroom is also very roomy with a queen sized bed, large chest of drawers, office desk and double closet. The newly renovated bathroom has a large shower and is fully stocked with lots of towels. Short Term Rental Legislation in BC. We are legally allowed to operate as a short-term rental in the RDKB. The RDKB does not issue business licences so we don't have one! We are located 5-7 minutes from downtown Rossland and 2 minutes walk or drive from some of the best mountain bike and hiking trails in BC! World class skiing at Red Mountain Resort is only 12 minutes away. Our property can be accessed by any vehicle in the spring/summer/fall. We strongly recommend 4x4 vehicles with winter tires in the winter. There are no buses that service our neighbourhood.
