This quiet, private residence features keyless entry and an open-concept with gas fireplace. The suite is located on the upper floor of a heritage home and has two balconies with lots of natural light and outdoor space. Please note that access to the suite requires the use of stairs to the 3rd floor.
The suite is equipped with a kitchen, in-suite laundry, gas fireplace and air conditioning.
Unbeatable location! Groceries, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Alcohol/Beer Stores) are all less than 450m away on Parliament St
Free street parking is available daily from 7am to midnight. For overnight parking, we are happy to provide both free and pay parking options. Please inquire for more information about overnight options.
