We are a family-run small business is Prince Edward County operating our short-term rental business since Fall 2022. Fancie's PEC is our one and only accommodation and we take a lot of pride in offering a unique and unforgettable experience for anyone looking to escape to Prince Edward County for any length of time!

Welcome to Fancie's PEC! Our property is a family-run boutique accommodation in Prince Edward County offering 5 guest suites, direct access to The Bay of Quinte, and much more. When you book our suite you get our shared guest kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a common dining room w/ waterfront views, and a suite with hotel-style amenities (mini fridge, coffee station, smart TV, dedicated thermostat, and linens/towels). Don't forget to enjoy our outdoor amenities which all of our guest have access to (including a 5-person hot tub)! 1 acre waterfront property with boat launch, water access, large deck, dock, and natural stone patio with fire pit. The suite has 1 bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and private entrance on the second floor. A great hotel-alternative with very similar amenities with a great sunset over the water! We are usually available to help our guests with any questions or needs during their stay. There is usually always someone on site to help and we communicate very well with all guests. If we are not on site to help we are available via messaging.
