This property is located in an upscale residential area, just 3 km. from the St. Jacob's Farmer's Market and flea market. It is the largest year round farmer's market in Canada. It draws visitors from across Canada, Europe and United States. It has approx. 1 million tourists every year. Incredible food, tastes and smells at the market. You'll find just about anything there! It's one of my most favorite places to go! The St. Jacob's Outlet Mall includes: Spanner, Laura/Laura Petites, Levi Outlet, Red Carpet Casuals, Trends for Men, Naturalizer plus much more. The St. Jacob's Playhouse is within walking distance of both the Outlet Mall and the Farmer's Market. Don't forget to go a few miles down the road and visit the quaint Village of St. Jacobs. You can leisurely wander down the streets and see the lovely ladies wear stores, visit the Mennonite Museum and relax with a wonderful coffee and home baked goods at the bakery. If you enjoy a nice walk, we are located next to Stamm's woodlot, and it's an easy stroll through the bush. The Laurel Creek Conservation Area is also nearby. We are also within 5-7 minutes drive to the Hi-tech park and the University of Waterloo.
