Beautiful and tranquil lake side residence. Amazing sunsets from the back of the house with plenty of privacy from neighbours on a 46 thousand square feet lot! Five minute walk to a local corner store.
**Note** swimming is permitted on the lake in back of the house** There is a public beach only a few minutes walking distance. You can rent kayaks at this beach.
**Use of the wood stove located in the family room on the lower level is not permitted**

Quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. On the paved road so it is usually first to get cleared from snow in the winter!
This location is a paradise for snowmobilers! The house is next to the provincial ski doo trails.
This is an ideal place for hiking, biking, swimming, snowshoeing, crosscountry skiing.
You can't get closer to nature than this!
The lake in front is not suitable for swimming. Public lake access is available within a 5 min walk.
