Private quiet tiny home nestled amongst fir and cedar trees on a waterfront acreage. Private beach access. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Small appliances, dishes, utensils etc. in floor heating, hot water on demand, smart TV, high speed internet. On site laundry facilities. Balcony with eating area and BBQ. Fire pit. 5km from city center and 1 block to hiking and biking trails. Please note that the loft area is recommended for those aged 10+ (two twins beds) because of the loft ladder. The double sofa is able to accommodate younger children.
