Welcome to our charming, 2-STORY GUEST HOUSE, thoughtfully designed for SOLO TRAVELLERS seeking comfort and convenience. Located at the corner of Portage and Arlington, our home is perfectly positioned near restaurants, shops, and public transit, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Our guest house features five PRIVATE ROOMS—one on the third floor, two on the second floor, and two on the main floor—each arranged to ensure a restful stay for ONE GUEST PER ROOM. With two separate living spaces, shared washrooms, and a designated back entrance, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the rooms, especially the third-floor room, requires stairs. For guests with mobility concerns or those with heavy luggage, we recommend booking a room on the main or second floor for easier access.

We are a married couple passionate about hosting and love welcoming travelers from around the globe. As working professionals, we share hosting responsibilities, so you may interact with either of us while you're here. While we may not be around much, we are extremely responsive on our phones, so feel free to chat or call us whenever you need assistance.

It's an easy and friendly area to walk around, with nearby attractions like Vimy Ridge Park, Westminster United Church and local shops. Lined with magnificent old trees, the streets offer a delightful atmosphere, showcasing the unique character of the historic homes. This neighborhood is rich in history and conveniently located close to downtown, making it an ideal spot to explore and enjoy. . PARKING One on-site parking spot is available upon advance reservation located at the back of the house (sideways parking). Street parking is available 24 hours on weekends and from 5 PM to 9 AM on weekdays. Please note there is a 1-hour restriction on street parking from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays.
