Located on the peninsula overlooking the historic Digby waterfront, Oceanhillside Bed and Breakfast offers a unique and charming, disconnected experience for guests from around the world. With multi-lingual hosts, this vintage, Victorian style B&B features 2 patios with a large yard and flower gardens.
Every morning our acclaimed chef creates a full gourmet breakfast, and the menu changes daily to ensure the best use of locally grown produce.
Located in Digby, Nova Scotia, home of the world-famous Digby Scallops - Oceanhillside is uniquely located for guests keen to exploring the Maritimes. Nearby attractions cater to all tastes - play golf at the Digby Pines, go whale watching off the one and only Briar Island, explore historic sites in Annapolis Royal, bike & canoe at Kejimkujik, or bask in the sun at Maviellette Beach on the French Shore.
Less than 1 km from the Digby Ferry and 3 km from downtown, Oceanhillside Bed and Breakfast is close to all amenities; but still private and quiet. While the property does have wifi, the unique natural landscape slows it down, orienting guests to be present in this UNESCO designated and internationally recognized unique region of natural and cultural heritage.
We are a retired couple living in Digby who love travelling and have been proud owners of our B&B for 27 years. Robert is a international renowned chef and Maria is an interior decorator. We enjoy gardening, making quilts and hosting wonderful guests!
The B&B is located on an acreage overlooking the Annapolis Basin. We are near the Digby-Saint John Ferry, also located near Point Prim Lighthouse where amazing views/sunsets can be seen. We are located in a central area near the golf course and the downtown core. Digby is a beautiful coastal area with amazing restaurants and other amenities!

Due to Fire recolation and country policies we cannot allow more than 10 guests at the property at the same time. If you are 3 the Patio Suite is the only available.
Please keep in mind that before booking the Blue Room, it does not have a shower; it only has a bathtub. The Patio Suite and Maroon Room both have the services of a bathtub and shower.
