Your private balcony features a private gas grill so you can offer your guests delicious grilled meals and it's also a great place to sit down every morning and take delight in the gorgeous vistas of the Monterra Golf Course as you sip in your daily coffee. Book this vacation rental and you'll be over half a mile from downtown Blue Mountain Village, a great place for shopping, trying new cuisines, and outdoor activities. If you're an outdoors enthusiast, you'll love coming here whether in the warm months or during the cold winter. During the summer, you can hike and bike through the many scenic trails or explore the many lakes while boating or fishing. However, winter also offers a plethora of activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Plus, there are a few tennis clubs and golf courses nearby. The Monterra Golf Course is a short walk away and you'll be two and a half miles from the Northwinds Public Beach on Highway 26. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
