Our condos vary from 2000 to 3000 square feet, therefore offering you a large beautiful living space in the center of Old Quebec, where you can live communally with all of your family and friends. The Royal Dalhousie is located in the heart of Place Royale. It is from this location that Samuel de Champlain constructed the first habitation; a farm and a shed. The location was named after Louis XIV and is one of the last remaining relics of 17th & 18th century buildings in North America.
All eight condos in the Royal Dalhousie offer breathtaking views of a park overlooking the St. Lawrence River, seen through 8-foot high windows. If you walk outside, you can go left towards the river, or walk right into the heart of beautiful Old Quebec.
