The Biron family owns and operates the Royal Dalhousie building. The vision has been to turn this warehouse space into 8 luxury condos since 2011. The Royal Dalhousie is located in the heart of Place Royale. It is from this location that Samuel de Champlain constructed the first habitation; a farm and a shed. The location was named after Louis XIV and is one of the last remaining relics of 17th & 18th century buildings in North America. All eight condos in the Royal Dalhousie offer breathtaking views of a park overlooking the St. Lawrence River, seen through 8-foot high windows. If you walk outside, you can go left towards the river, or walk right into the heart of beautiful Old Quebec.
