We have been hosting guests since the 1800's.
It is a Heritage Boutique Hotel located at the heart of downtown Sydney on beautiful Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia.
Located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, our 9 unique bedrooms each with private bathroom will surely immerse you with vintage charm. Each room at the Royal Hotel depicts a rustic feel and allows for the beauty of time to shine by sharing its story.
The grand lobby is very inviting with it’s piano and beautiful fireplace. The main floor also has a little dining room, it makes a perfect place to enjoy a healthy breakfast for your stay.
