This house was developed in the 1990s, it is a house and not a hotel. These newer home tended to be larger, modern, and designed with families in mind. The housing development followed a planned layout, blending suburban living with the surrounding natural environment. As part of Richmond’s broader environmental initiatives, some developments in Terra Nova have focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, and creating harmonious living spaces that integrate with the natural surroundings.
