The Grassy Oasis is a garden suite located in the backyard of our home. It is a self-contained separate house of its own, which is fully separate from the main house. This tiny home features a king-size bed, a full kitchen, and a washroom with a fancy shower panel. A brand new construction, you will love the lush fresh grass and the trees around in the green season and beautiful white snow in winter. Outside, you will have your own porches with seating in the front and back. Best of all, you will be centrally located in downtown Brampton close to all amenities. Please note, that we have multiple dogs at our property, and although they are the best cuddle bugs and love humans, they can get barky. Our dogs are our family, and they have free reign of the backyard. If you are outside the unit, it is quite a possibility that you may see our family and/or our dogs in the yard. If you are scared of dogs, kindly book elsewhere as our property wont be a good fit for you. Also, for our guests, our property's, and our family's safety and security we have outdoor security cameras/ recording devices on our property. The location of those are as follows: One ring doorbell camera is located in our main house door, one exterior camera on the side entrance of the main house, one exterior camera on top of the garage door, and one exterior camera on the big tree overlooking the entrance and the sides of The Grassy Oasis. Please note we do allow pets, but there is a pet charge of 150 dollars/ pet/ stay of 28 days or less, paid cash or e-transfer on arrival. Any unauthorized pets and/or guests in the property will result in immediate cancellation with NO refund.
