Due to open by June 2025 is a brand-new venue with an outdoor capacity to host 50,000 guests called The Rogers Stadium, where popular artists are due to perform 'live' in concert. The property has three distinctive dining and bar outlets for guests and locals to enjoy. TOCA is a modern Italian dining destination, showcasing refined recipes and timeless flavors crafted by Chef Alessandro Panattoni, a native of Rome, Italy. This versatile venue provides distinctive experiences, such as Cheese & Wine Pairings with our Sommelier and an exclusive Chef’s Table Dining experience in a unique interactive setting. TOCA also offers a cozy Bistro section and a private dining room, ideal for those planning special events. EPOCH Bar and Kitchen Terrace is a contemporary social hub, featuring a tailored cocktail menu and a chef-driven dining experience. The menu, crafted by Chef Jeff Crump, focuses on sustainably sourced, seasonal ingredients, offering a blend of Canadian-inspired dishes alongside international classics. EPOCH boasts a versatile atmosphere, with one of the city’s top outdoor patios, as well as intimate event spaces and private dining areas for special occasions. LANO is a vibrant café and wine bar at the Ritz Carlton, Toronto, designed to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Milan, infused with a fresh modern touch. Serving you from AM to PM, the menu includes everything from fresh home-made bakeries and brews, sandwiches, and salads available until 4pm, post which the café transforms into a Wine Bar with Aperitivo evenings. During their stay, guests can also opt to have Club Lounge access for an additional daily cost. Located on the 20th floor, the Club Lounge offers panoramic view of the lakeshore and CN Tower. With access, guests can enjoy 5 daily meal presentations, premium alcoholic (post 11:00am) and non-alcoholic beverages, concierge services, booking the house car 48hours in advance and more.
