After running two boutique hotels and a full-service spa, my husband and I are delighted to be spending much of our semi-retirement between our home in Drumheller, AB, and our favorite place on earth, Ajijic Mexico. We have Airbnb listings in both places in addition to a penthouse condo located on a luxury resort in Manzanillo. In between property management and regular games of pickle-ball we run a not-for profit charity foundation and are currently developing a medical tourism project. We’ve raised a family and built several successful businesses in our Canadian hometown. It’s a blessing to open our homes to the public and share what we’ve enjoyed for many years. Drumheller has always been an internationally recognized tourist destination famous for dinosaurs and its prehistoric landscape while our rentals in Mexico are perfect for both long-term living accommodations or a much-needed getaway. Make yourself at home in our fresh and spacious split-level abode. Enjoy a comfortable setting around an ornate cast stone fireplace. The living room, dining area, and small office are located on the upper level along with the second bedroom which includes a queen-size bed. The property is located on the 2nd level. We consider that you agree to our house rules(listed below) after you complete your reservation: 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦: Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am, Tents and Tent Trailers are not permitted without permission; Please be aware garden maintenance will be taking place most days; For long-term stay, toiletries are not provided; Please clean the BBQ area upon use. There is a service fee/hour to clean it for you; Please use the cutting board we provide; there is a charge for any cuts put into the concrete countertops; There’s a fine for unauthorized pets and smoking inside; For security and insurance purposes Day Guests or Extra Guests must be registered; Unauthorized Guest will result in a fine; All functions, gatherings, parties, or events are prohibited unless authorized in writing, as it requires additional insurance.

Our neighborhood is located on the edge of the downtown district of Drumheller on a quiet street among residential homes The downtown core is easily accessed and walkable. Getting around the town of Drumheller is best done in a car. There's beautiful bike trails and walking paths along the river and park areas.
