Welcome to Van Nest. We are located only 10 minutes from YVR & Granville Island, and only 15 min to Canada Place, Waterfront Station & UBC. Van Nest is located in a pleasant, quiet, and safe neighborhood, with a beautiful grass yard, and easy access to public transit. Each surface is thoroughly deep-cleaned using a wide variety of sanitation products after every stay to a high-end hotel standard. We offer unlimited free high-speed internet, free snacks and drinks, and other amenities in the common areas. Public Transit: Within a 500-meter radius of Van Nest, you'll find an impressive network of 14 bus stations, allowing you to connect effortlessly to various parts of the city and beyond. Swimming Pool: We offer a communal swimming pool and hot tub, which can be heated for a charge. Dive deep or sit in the tub, have fun and relax. Dining Room and Living Room: We offer many amenities in the common dining room, such as unlimited coffee and tea, bread and snacks, and a communal kettle and microwave. Arbutus Greenway: We are located only a kilometer away from the beautiful Arbutus Greenway, giving a peaceful place to walk or bike and access many local businesses and other big-brand stores, such as London Drugs, Save-On-Foods, and McDonald's, only a swift walk away.
