The Alpenblick hotel is a typical, quiet and small Swiss Chalet hotel in Mürren, offering superb views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. It is situated a 2-minute walk from the BLM railway station and is thus a great base for exciting excursions, for example to the Jungfraujoch, which is a UNESCO World Heritage area. The Sports Centre and the centre of Mürren are only a 8-minute walk away. Enjoy fine local cuisine à la carte, including the speciality of the Alpenblick hotel, Güggeli im Chörbli (half of a crispy fried Swiss chicken served in a basket with a spicy home-made barbecue sauce). Breakfast including Swiss specialties is served in the morning. Some rooms feature a balcony, while all come with a private bathroom with shower or bath and hairdryer, flat-screen cable TV and a safety deposit box. Superior rooms are situated on the front side and boast views of the famous mountains, the quiet standard rooms are situated on the backside. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel. Guests of the Alpenblick hotel, have free access to the indoor swimming pool at the Mürren Sports Centre (in winter also to the ice rink) and enjoy discounts for the sauna, the steam bath and the fitness facilities.
