We are looking forward to greet you as our guests in mittle of Zermatt's nature. Our Element Chalets are unique and colourfully designed to represent the four elements. You are going to spend amazing holidays in Zermatt and you will be one with nature. Our team is speaking 3 languages (German, English & French) and used to work with international guests from all over the world. Our goal is to make our guests happy and to help them to enjoy perfect holidays.

The Element Chalets **** in Zermatt were built in 2017, in the area known as Aroleid. These idyllic, private first-class holiday chalets are located in the heart of nature, away from the bustle of the town. They offer an exclusive panoramic view of Zermatt’s beautiful mountain ranges and are conveniently located next to the area’s ski-slope (Furi – Blatten – Zermatt) and scenic hiking trails.
The Element Chalets consist of three separate chalets. Each of the chalets has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. All three chalets can be rented for large groups, to comfortably lodge up to 24 guests. Each private chalet has 3 floors, totalling in 200m2 in space. The chalets are each named and decorated to represent the 4 Elements. However, the layout and the size of the chalets are all identical.

During the summer, you can take a taxi directly to the chalet’s front door.
In the winter, a taxi will take you to the nearest trail, where the chalet is within a 5 minute walking distance.
Upon your arrival in Zermatt, we will pick you up with a taxi. Your baggage will be brought to the chalets by us. Please note that this service (taxi & Baggage-service) is not included in the price and has to be paid extra.
Walking Distances to the Bus station “green line” : 8 minutes, Bus station “red line” : 10 minutes
Center: Church/Town center : 20 minutes, Train station : 25 minutes
To reach the main train station, Gornergrat Station or Sunnegga/Rothorn Station, you can take the bus (green line), which is within an 8 minute walking distance from the chalet.

Please note that for bookings for 4 to 6 people, only 2 or 3 double rooms are available.
Arrival:
IMPORTANT: Zermatt is car-free. The car must be parked in Täsch (5km before Zermatt).
You can take the shuttle train or a cab from Täsch to Zermatt.
Getting to the chalets:
Summer: The electric cab (at your expense) can drive to the chalets in summer.
Winter: The electric cab (at your expense) cannot drive to the chalets in winter. You will be taken to the adjacent hiking trail, from where you can reach the chalets by foot in around 5 minutes. Please note that this is a hiking trail which is not asphalted.
We will transport your luggage from the hiking trail to the chalets.
We are not a hotel and therefore not always on site. For this reason, you must let us know your arrival time in advance. Otherwise there may be longer waiting times.
Breakfast: A daily breakfast delivery (extra cost) can be booked in advance directly through the accommodation as an additional service.
