Please note, when arriving by public transport, that access to the hotel is on a slightly steep road or through a staircase from the Hürlimann-Areal. Guests can also walk 5 minutes from the station Zürich-Giesshübel and cross the river. There is a lift or staircase that takes you to the rear of the hotel.
If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Please note the following non-mandatory fees:
- Access to the wellness area: CHF 35 per day and person
- Valet parking: CHF 35 per night
- Dog cleaning fee: CHF 50 per stay
