In our open-plan house there are 3 double rooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a lounge. We offer a family-friendly atmosphere. On the first floor is the double room with a French bed 140 x 200 cm, a total of 2 beds, and a shared bathroom. In the attic there are two double rooms, each with 2 single beds, a total of 4 beds, and a shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a guest toilet, drinks cooler, coffee machine, workstations for travelers, children's play area, board games, books and much more. There is a parking space for every room; if necessary, the electric car can be charged with us. We heat our house 90% with wood, the hot water comes from the heat pump boiler. Our solar system supplies the electricity. Breakfast is included in the room price. You can cook yourself in our shared kitchen. Kitchen use: from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m We provide our guests with everything they need, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups. Wellness areas: (for a fee) - The sauna will be heated by prior arrangement (approx. 3 hours) - The whirlpool with salt water is always heated (will be personally explained and released)

We are always available for you during your stay. - We work and live in the same house. - You will receive our direct telephone number. - If necessary, you will receive the door code or the code for the key safe. Rooms and wet cells are lockable. Cleaning: - Wet cells, hallways and lounges are cleaned daily. - Room once a week, or at the request of guests.

Our house is located in the centre of Prättigau, between Landquart and Davos. Jenaz is a rural village with a lot of small businesses and agriculture. The railway station is a 3-minute walk away. Jenaz is connected to public transport every 1/2 hour. We have our own large car park directly in front of the house. Restaurant and shop are 5 minutes away. On the south side of the house is a pond with a seating area. There is a large meadow for children to play in.
