We welcome our guests warmly to take part of a unique scene and a panoramic view over the Lake of Lucerne and on its famous mountains Rigi, Bürgenstock and Pilatus - from each apartment without any obstacles! The green nature and the clear, clean water as well as a full equipment including WLAN, coffee capsules, new bedlinen, towels and toileteries and free parking on site makes your stay most comfortable. The end cleaning is already included in the offered rate. However we like to draw your attention to the fact, that we DO NOT HAVE: Lift (big apt. first floor, 2 Studio-apts. second floor), Air Conditioning, Reception and breakfeast. Nevertheless you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a well-sorted groceries shop 500 meters from our house, so self catering is quite easy. A reception is obsolete as you will deal with a very easy, self explaining self check-in and check-out.

Our price policy of transparency and our aim, to keep things simple (self check-in and self check-out) is mostly estimated by our guests. We let you arrive quietly and calmly and arrange a visit for the next morning to welcome you and meet you personnally, to give hints for sightseeing and catering and to settle payment in cash. So far we do not have credit card system in order to avoid additional costs. We, Monika and Pietro, are both from the touristic branch and we are content, when we can make our guests happy and see them smile. We live in the village of Emmetten for 36 years now and love it still! In case of any problem we are with our guests in five minutes!

Due to the nice location with its views, calmness and comfort, your holidays start right here! However there are many things to undertake: In winter skiing, sledging and winter walking, in summer bathing in the clean lake, hiking from the house, biking, paragliding, excursions on one of the steam boats, cable cars which lead to the mountains, shopping in Lucerne and many more. We provide you with a guest card which grants some discount on different sightseeing attractions and from a three days stay on you get a card for the public traffic of the surroundings until to the city of Lucerne.
