We are Mattertal Holidays, a sister company of Zermatt Holidays, which is the original chalet company in Zermatt since 1988! We can almost call ourselves “locals” after spending so many years in the Mattertal. We work with many local companies to offer our guests the best deals in terms of travel to and from the Mattertal, ski rentals and local restaurants. Organization of ski passes on arrival, restaurant bookings, serviced apartments are all part of our day. Our offices are based in the centre of Grächen and Zermatt and we offer a range of accommodation types. Apartment Bishorn is a charming 4-room apartment (90 m²) located on the 1st floor of Chalet Wiedersehn. Fully renovated in 2023, it offers a cosy and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and mountain adventures. The charming mountain village Grächen is nestled high above the Mattertal Valley and offers breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps. The apartment offers an open plane living and dining area with access to the spacious 100m2 furnished terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, cheese fondue-set, electric kettle) making it easy to prepare anything from a hearty breakfast before skiing to a relaxed dinner with friends. It has two double double bedrooms and a single bedroom provide restful nights for families or small groups. The bathroom offers a Shower/WC and hairdryer.

The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Grächen at 1,620 m, Chalet Wiedersehn is centrally located yet wonderfully peaceful and sunny. Step outside and you’re just 200 meters away from the mountain lift, ski slopes, rental shops, and the ski school. A grocery store, restaurants, and a bus stop are only a few steps from your door, while children can enjoy the shared playground nearby.
