The completely renovated Chalet La Neuf, divided on two floors, consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped and new kitchen, one spacious living and dining area and a cosy fire place, two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a great outside area with a terrace, a balcony and a garden surrounding this typical Alps chalet. Entering Chalet Neuf, one arrives in the spacious living with dining area and access to the balcony which offers far-reaching views into the Rhonevalley. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a hallway with stairs to the ground-floor. This ground floor is composed by a landing area from which you can access the three bedrooms (one with door to the garden and terrace) and the bathroom with walk in shower. In 2022, a spacious sauna was installed in the annex of the chalet and the room was invitingly renovated. From the sauna you have a beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains. Pure wellness awaits you here. In 2023, the terrace was extended to 40 sqm with an integrated and very large barbecue and completely renewed.
