We have built our Chalet Ulysse in 2009. It belongs to a family right from Zermatt. We grew up in this beautiful little village and we love to meet our guests. Chalet Ulysse is really at a top location with great views to the Matterhorn. The bus is passing by the Chalet and to walk it takes only about 3-5 minutes to the next Gondola to Trockener Steg. Also in summer it is at a great location for various hiking tours. The Chlalet Ulysse is located in Winkelmatten. To walk to the center of Zermatt it also takes only a few minutes. Next to the Chalet you have two very good family restaurants.
Family mother of two grown up sons. I love to travel and I know how important it is to feel well in a new place and beeing able to talk to the owner or manager if there is any kind of problem. We have lived in many places such as Turkey, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Ghana and Luxembourg.
Near the Chalet you have two very nice family restaurants. With good snow conditions you can ski-in and ski-out from our Chalet. Also the bus is passing by so you won't have to carry skis. In summer you have a very nice little children's playground opposite the Chalet. Therefore families with children love our Chalet. In Summer you have until late your sun and you can sit in your little private garden or on your beautiful terrasse with nice bench. You have great views to the Matterhorn and it's surroundings.
