The apartment, approximately 70 sqm wide, develops on a single level. It consists of a welcoming living area that integrates kitchen and dining room, skillfully separated from the living room by an elegant room divider. From the living room, you can directly access the balcony, with access to the condominium garden, offering a shared green space where you can relax outdoors. The sleeping area includes two double rooms, one master bedroom and one with bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is complete with shower, bidet, sink and WC.
Among the additional comforts, Wi-Fi connection, parking space in the garage and communal laundry available for a fee.
