In our large 100-year-old house we rent out a small, cozy vacation apartment on the first floor. The apartment is perfect for families! We are uncomplicated hosts (family with 3 children) and live in the house - you can laugh and play in our garden! We look forward to seeing you :-) The apartment Cozy vacation apartment in a 100-year-old house in a quiet area but still very centrally located in Klosters Dorf. The apartment is suitable for families with max. 2 children. The apartment has a separate entrance and an outdoor parking space. Dining room and living/sleeping area separated by a sliding door. There is 1x double bed 180x200 and 1x bunk bed 90x200 for 2 children. The small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fondue, raclette oven can also be separated from the dining room by a sliding door. Smoking is not permitted in the old house. A small TV with streaming service (Zatoo) is available in the living/sleeping area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available by prior arrangement. Access for guests Entire apartment, lower area of the garden, use of the rail system in winter is at your own risk and is exclusively for experienced skiers and snowboarders and is not suitable for children, trampoline use at your own risk Further important information Visitor's tax CHF 5.50/day for persons > 12 years will be charged separately. Various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop nearby. Davos Klosters offers guests an attractive entertainment program in winter as well as in summer and is also considered a winter sports/hiking/golf and biking paradise.
