The apartment, located on the first floor, spans approximately 50 square metres and is perfect for a family or friends' holiday. The internal spaces are well-distributed and designed to offer comfort and functionality. The living area includes a bright living room with a dining corner, from which you can access a balcony that offers a pleasant view of the garden and surrounding mountains. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped with an oven, toaster and kettle, ideal for preparing meals independently during the stay. The sleeping area consists of two rooms: a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed, designed for children or potential guests. The main bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a bathtub with integrated shower, thus offering everything necessary for daily relaxation. At the guests' disposal is access to the communal laundry, which can be used for a fee. The apartment has ONE external reserved parking space. NOTE FOR GUESTS: in case you arrive with two vehicles, we inform you that one of the vehicles will need to be parked in a paid area, as we do not have sufficient space for both within the structure.
