This cozy 1-room studio apartment (24 sqm) is located in the city center, just a 1-minute walk from the market square and Barfüsserplatz, where you can find all bars, shops, and restaurants. The historic old town is just a stone's throw away. The studio features a sitting area, wardrobes, a cozy lounge, and a double bed (160x200 meters). The windows can be fully opened, allowing ample daylight as the studio is situated on the 6th floor. The room is very quiet; you will not hear any city noise. The curtains are opaque, providing complete darkness. The brand new bathroom is just beside the room on the alley, just 2 steps away beside the balcony. Please be aware that there is no full kitchen, but the studio is equipped with an electric stove, water cooker, and all the utensils you will need in a kitchen, including pots, pans, and cutlery. Additionally, a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee and tea is available. Important note: The bathroom, shower, and balcony are shared with another studio. Both the shower and toilet are brand new. The balcony, which offers a very quiet view of the old town with beautiful sunsets, is also shared.
