The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. A rich buffet breakfast is served every morning. When booking more than 3 rooms the reservation has to be paid in 48 hours and is no longer refundable.

臺灣「早餐非常的豐盛，還有隨時有小點心供應旅客24小時可以使用，這一點很貼心。一打開房門就看到一大塊瑞士蓮巧克力有策馬特的圖案，相當的驚喜。 另外最感謝的就是我退房的時候把我的大遺忘在衣櫃，飯店原本有有訊息通知有重要訊息跟我說，但是我回去拿寄放行李的時候，當時值班櫃檯人員似乎太忙碌，跟我說沒有找到我的。幸好幸好有一位專門開接送車盧卡斯非常的熱心奔忙的打給清潔人員，果然清潔人員當時就有看到我的大衣，而且盧卡斯還非常細心的幫我詢問在意放在哪裡，順便還在我們去車站坐火車。我相當推薦這個值得信賴的員工。...」 - Shui 臺灣「早餐都是熱食，還有可以自己研磨果汁」
