The rooms and studios are practically furnished – ideal for fitters, craftsmen, and workers. Each room/studio has a smart TV for your own streaming subscriptions. Due to the predominantly male guest population, we recommend that women book a room/studio with a private bathroom. The shared kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kitchen utensils, stove, coffee machine, and kettle. Each guest has their own lockable kitchen and refrigerator with crockery, cutlery, and glasses in the shared kitchen. After work, it can get a little livelier for a short time. House rules are clearly defined and housekeeping regularly cleans the common areas, excluding the privately used areas, which are cleaned by the guests themselves. A washing machine and dryer are available for all guests for private use. Washing powder must be purchased separately.
