Please note that for non-refundable reservations, the credit card used during the reservation process has to be shown at check-in.

Pease note that when booking 5 rooms or more, we will request a 50% of the stay payment 48 hours after the booking date. The special cancellation policies for 5 rooms or more are 30 days prior to arrival.

Also, if the guest doesn't pay the 50% of the stay, the booking might be cancelled by the hotel.

We would like to inform our valued guests that, in consideration of the comfort and tranquility of all our clientele, our four-legged friends are not allowed in our dining areas. However, we would be delighted to welcome your canine companions in the comfort of your room, where they can enjoy a pleasant stay at the Grand Hôtel du Lac. Nevertheless, we want to emphasize that guide dogs are an exception to this rule and are always welcome in our dining areas to ensure their mobility in complete safety. A charge of CHF 50 per night (up to a maximum of CHF 100 per stay) for thorough cleaning after departure will be applied.
