This flat is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Lugano-Castagnola. Breathtaking views over the Gulf of Lugano and San Salvatore.

8 minutes on foot from San Michele Park and 15 minutes from the Monte Brè cable car. Excellent starting point for hiking or mountain biking. The lake is 15 minutes away, the tennis court and swimming pool are 20 minutes away.
Restaurants and pizzerias are also within walking distance.
With the bus no. 10 which is in front of the house you reach the bus stop of the bus 2 which takes you to the city in 10 minutes.
The pharmacy is 2 stops away and the main shops are 6 stops away in about 5 minutes.
