The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. It is located at the foot of the Giessbach Waterfall and is directly connected to the Giessbach ship pier by Europe's oldest funicular. All guest rooms in the Grandhotel Giessbach feature carefully restored original furniture with 19-century charm. The two restaurant serve modern and creative cuisine. Half board includes a 4-course dinner.
