The beautiful modern 3 ½ room apartment is located in a comfortable apartment building built in 2011 1,500 m above sea level in Parpan, 5 km from Lenzerheide. In winter, the "Heimberg" chairlift is in the immediate vicinity (100m away) and the piste runs right behind the house. This gives you perfect access to the entire Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area with 225km of groomed pistes. Likewise, the cross-country ski run is right outside the front door, which takes you into a fantastic and varied mountain landscape.
