Recently renovated studio with hard wood rustic floor. Modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, dining table with chairs. Two modern Futon beds from Karup®, a Sofa bed couch and a 50’’ inches wall digital smart Samsung TV, Wi-Fi and global channel package. The apartment has a south east oriented balcony with nice mountain view; all lights are dimmable to maximize living comfort during the different hours of the day.
I am a working professional living in Zürich who loves to go to the mountain from time to time. I have Expertise of the Laax area and can provide you with great insides. On the property there is also the house manager who is there at different times of the day who can also assist you in case you need anything.
The apartment complex is located across the center of Laax Dorf; a pleasantly rustic village, with quiet suburbs set around lake Laax/Gronda. The closest ski lift base (Laax Bergbahnen) is 8 minutes away from the property and can be reached by a 6 minutes bus drive from the conveniently located bus station Laax Posta.
A 5 minutes’ walk away from the property - located on the lake shore - there is a small beginner lift that can be used free of charge. Additionally, there are many conveniently located high quality restaurants, ATMs, a tourist information office and a supermarket which is open also on Sundays. A walk on the 850 meters long shores of the lake is a must do.
