LAKE 27 is a recently renovated apartment, in a strategic position, just beside the Lake of St. Moritz in a very quiet zone.
A modern design, characterized by high-quality finishes, combined with the use of wooden cladding, makes the apartment warm and cozy.
The cabin lift for St. Moritz Ski Area is at few hundred meters distance, same for crosscountry ski tracks, hiking trails and mountain bike routes. A big swimming pool & Spa is also available at a walking distance.
You can also reach the city center in a few minutes.
Several supermarket are at a walking distance too, one of them is located right at the ground floor of the building.
Reastaurants and shops are alsa available in the nearby.
