Located in a newly built building overlooking the pretty Piazza Santa Lucia, in a very quiet residential area, LUCY is the ideal apartment for your holiday or business stay in Lugano! Modern and bright, tastefully furnished with warm colors, LUCY welcomes you with an open space that combines the kitchen, brand new and fully equipped for cooking and serving meals, and the living room. Relax at the end of the day on the comfortable 3-seater sofa, watching a movie on the large flat screen TV! The sofa can become a double bed for the night if you are with a family or group.
The master bedroom has a large closet to store your wardrobe, even for longer stays.
The spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine concludes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The center can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes, taking the steps of the Friars.
