Surrounded by a park with a sunbathing lawn and a playground, the palace-style Hotel Restaurant Belvedere enjoys a quiet location in Weissbad. It offers free Wi-fi and mountain views. All rooms have a private bathroom and a satellite TV. They provide views of the Appenzell Alps or of the village. Only some of the rooms have a balcony and must be requested separately. The Belvedere's small restaurant serves regional cuisine with seasonal ingredients. The Chlustobel Hiking Trail starts next to the Belvedere hotel. The Ebenalp ski lifts can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The Weissbad Train Station is reachable within a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride from the stop in front of the hotel. Guests staying for more than 3 nights during summer receive the Tourist Card which includes free use of the public bus.
