The beautiful apartment has a bright fully furnished kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is new, well furnished and designed with attention to details.
Guests can sleep in a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
It is located very close to the lake and the city center. The apartment is directly connected by bus with the central train station.
It is possibile to rent a park for CHF 25.- per night.
I will gladly answer your requests and give advice.
In a few minutes you can walk to the city center and the lake.
Nearby there are all the services (bar, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, newsagents, post office, bank, etc.)
In the flat you can find guides of the Lugano Region.
Holiday cards with discount for attractions are available.
The flat is located in Via Antonio Riva 3A, Lugano.
You can reach it by car; there are some parking nearby or you can have a park at CHF 25.-/ night.
If you are by train, it's just 10 minutes walking. If you prefer, you can take the bus nr. 4 (stop piazza Loreto) and in a few minutes you will reach the house.
