Our meticulously renovated Rustico stone house in the heart of Minusio offers you a unique living experience. This standalone stone house preserves its traditional style while incorporating modern amenities and minimalist interior design.
Property Features
Space Design: Two floors plus a small loft, ideal for two guests, but can accommodate up to four people.
Outdoor Area: Paved pathway, outdoor dining area, and outdoor toilet.
Indoor Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room on the ground floor. Entire house features WiFi, air conditioning, and a TV with Swisscom blue TV subscription.
Bedroom and Bathroom: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor with a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom, equipped with a washer and dryer. A small staircase inside the room leads to the loft, providing additional living space.
Comfort: Smoking is prohibited indoors to ensure a healthy and fresh environment.
