Established in 1887, the 5-star Splendide Royal with its turn-of-the-century character is Lugano's most fashionable hotel, located on Lugano's lakeside main street. The on-site Splendide Lifestyle Spa includes a pool, a sun terrace, a gym, as well as various saunas and steam baths. Beauty and cosmetic treatments can be booked. Aperitifs and cocktails, as well as a selection of international hors d'oeuvres and snacks is available in the Belle Epoque bar until 00:30 in the night. You can park your car in the garage or outside on the hotel grounds. The city centre with its boutiques can be reached within a walk of just a few minutes along the lake.
