L'stattHotel està situat al nucli antic de Zuric, a Limmatquai, just darrere del famós Gran Café Motta. Disposa d'internet Wi-Fi gratuïta. Les habitacions tenen TV de pantalla plana amb canals per satèl·lit, cafetera Nespresso i rellotge amb ràdio alarma i suport per a iPod. Algunes habitacions també inclouen zona de cuina. L'edifici emblemàtic de l'stattHotel va ser construït el 1450 i ha estat totalment reformat recentment. El tradicional Gran Café Motta és a molt poca distància i el bar de la planta baixa és un bon lloc per prendre un còctel i conversar.
