L'stattHotel està situat al nucli antic de Zuric, a Limmatquai, just darrere del famós Gran Café Motta. Disposa d'internet Wi-Fi gratuïta. Les habitacions tenen TV de pantalla plana amb canals per satèl·lit, cafetera Nespresso i rellotge amb ràdio alarma i suport per a iPod. Algunes habitacions també inclouen zona de cuina.
