The ground floor 3.5 rooms- apartment in Tio Pepe consists of a living- dining room with a modern open kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 2-3 persons. A separate bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower.
