Newly renovated apartment, located just 900 m from the ski lifts of Dieni, which can be covered in 10 min walking. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an independent entrance, with space for storing skis and boots. On the same floor there is also another double room, with independent entrance: if you book this room (18mq) you will not have access to the kitchen or the sitting room, as it is completely independent. 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT Fully furnished; the view from the kitchen is directly on the mountains and on the little church of Rueras. The kitchen has induction hob, oven with the main functions, a capsule coffee machine (Nescafé Dolcegusto), refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils and dishes. A fondue caclon is also available. You will find a wooden table with a comfortable bench and chairs. The small living room with sofa and TV are in the same space. Wifi available. The toilet is new with shower, you can find a hair dryer. Rooms equipped with pleated blinds for privacy and blackout curtains for the night. For our little guests under the age of 2, a camping cot is available, as well as baby crockery, toilet reduction and some toys. STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM Independent entrance and private bathroom with shower. Suitable for young couples or single people for a short stay (18 sqm in total). Located on the ground floor. There is an anteroom with a table and two chairs, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a kettle. In the room there is a double bed and a TV. Wifi available, private parking included in the price. GENERAL INFOS Linen and towels are always included in the booking. If you need a change during your stay you can request it upon payment. A small free municipal park is a three-minute walk away. Basic cleaning is required before leaving the house (turn on the dishwasher and bring away the bag from the dustbin). In the whole house it is forbidden to smoke and to enter with shoes/boots.

I am a family man (3 kids), sporty and happy. I love traveling, cooking and mountain sports, especially ski touring in the winter and alpine excursions during the warm months. Last but not least, my wife Pamela and me like to renovate houses and, in particular, in the Rueras house it took us a lot of our personal time to turn it into a cozy mountain house, but with all the comforts of modernity. We love using natural materials, in particular wood. During your stay We are happy to assist and help you before, during and after your stay (phone or e-mail). Our property management is on site, looking after the house and taking care of it. I too, along with my family, spend a lot of time in Rueras.

Rueras (Sedrun) is located in the upper part of the Surselva, below the Oberalp Pass. In Winter the Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis Skiarena offers everything a winter sports lover could wish for: perfectly groomed slopes, quality lifts, panoramic views and beautiful sunny terraces. You can ski on the slopes, practice cross-country skiing (cross-country run is 3 minutes from house), walk with snowshoes, sled, ski mountaineering excursion... And in Sedrun you can relax in the SPA Bogn Sedrun. In 20 minutes by car or via the red train you can also reach Disentis, where there is another excellent ski area, ideal for children. In Summer, the best way to explore Sedrun surroundings is on foot or by mountain bike. In 3 hours you can get to and from the source of the Rhine starting from the Oberalp Pass. Going down the river, you come across the first golf course on the Rhine. There are many playgrounds for children and places to grill where you can spend the whole day. Claus swimming lake is a small paradise where kids will have a lot of fun. Finally, we are also amazed by the wonderful colors of Autumn and the awakening of nature in Spring: Rueras is a place of the soul in any season.
