The house is brand new, comfortable, modern & stylish with a high stud which provides a great sense of space. 6 metre wide bifold doors open onto extensive front deck. 4 metre bifold doors open onto large back deck.
The turquoise lagoon is just a 100 m walk to the beach through a vacant beach front property. White sand beach fringed with coconut palms. Great for snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking & swimming.
Serene & relaxing with stunning mountain views from all aspects of the house.
I am a Cook Islander. I love spending time in Rarotonga. I really enjoy the beautiful pristine beaches, the friendly faces of the local people.
Scuba diving is one of my favourite activities on the island. The cross the island walk is a must. And of course plenty of rest & relaxation. Which is easy to do in Raro as it has such a laid back vibe.
The local produce & fresh fish are a highlight too.
The best beaches are only a 5 - 10 minute drive from our place. Fantastic snorkelling & swimming beaches. It's a 5 minute drive to the local shop Wigmores superstore for fresh local produce & all your daily needs. Salt Water Cafe within walking distance.
