Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

The luggage storage at the hotel is only available for one night.

In case of international flights pax should approach the first level, door 3 countertransvip. The shared vans are not exclusive to the hotel. IMPORTANT TRANSVIP is the only company authorized by the hotel with the airport-hotel transfer. THE TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF VANS AND THE WAITING TIME IS INDEFINITE.
