Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. Apart from its wonderful views, the hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. Rooms at Park Lake Luxury Hotel all offer lake views and have a private bathroom, desk, LCD satellite TV, and a minibar. Room service is provided and a buffet breakfast is served daily. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chile are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

LOCAL TAX LAW

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
